Those who have unlocked the boot loader and have not backed up the DRM keys they must be having problem with downloading the Music info from gracenote .(unknown error occured ).
This is because you have lost the DRM key provided by sony and you can not get it back unless you backed it up in TA backup.
So there is a fix that can by pass the DRM key check and you can download the music info.
Just download the zip file.
Flash it through CWM recovery. DO NOT WIPE your data or cache partition or any thing using CWM during this as it will delete all your data.
( wiping your data or cache partition required only in CUSTOM ROM flashing).
