Go to Sony to get the unlock key.
You can use the Sony procedure to unlock bootloader but it requires downloadind SDK which is large in size. So you can use Flash tool to unlock boot loader.

Install it and open and move the files as it says on first install . Now connect the phone in USB debugging mode .Check whether flashtool detects it other wise it will ask you to install the drivers. DO as it says.
Now Click the BLU select fastboot mode .
Now to disconnect the phone . Switch of the phone .Press the Volume UP key . Connect the phone .Provide the keys you got from Sony.
It will unlock the bootloader . You can check the confirmation in *#*#service#*#*
